Age Limit:

• Candidates must be born between 27 June 2003 and 27 December 2006 (both dates inclusive).
• The upper age limit for enrollment is 21 years for candidates who clear all stages of the selection procedure.

Qualification:

• Candidates should have completed 10+2 Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and English, or hold a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, Information Technology).

Physical Standards:

• Minimum acceptable height for males is 152.5 cms.
• Weight should be proportionate to height and age.
• Chest circumference should be a minimum of 77 cms, with at least 5 cms chest expansion.
• Normal hearing capability, with the ability to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.
• Good dental health with a minimum of 14 dental points.

Visual Standards:

• Visual acuity of 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye.
• Maximum limits of refractive error: Hypermetropia: +2.0D, Myopia: 1D including ± 0.50 D Astigmatism.
• Colour vision should be CP-II.
